We start with the profile itself: claiming or creating it, seeing the verification through, and completing it properly. That means correct categories, which are the single biggest lever in local ranking and are routinely set wrong, along with accurate hours, service areas, attributes, products or services, and photographs sized correctly.

Citations come next. Your name, address and phone number are submitted to the relevant directories in exactly matching form, because inconsistency between listings is what makes a search engine uncertain which record is authoritative. Existing incorrect listings are identified so they can be corrected rather than competing with the new ones. Finally you receive a content brief for the location page on your own site, covering what it needs to say to support the profile. You are handed a live profile and a full citations list you can maintain yourself.

Do you handle the Google verification?
We prepare and submit it, but verification often requires a postcard, a phone call or a video walkthrough of the premises, and Google directs those to you. We will tell you exactly what to expect and stay with the process until it completes.
How long does verification take?
The setup work runs to five to seven days. Google's own verification timing is outside anyone's control and can add days or occasionally longer, particularly if a postcard is involved.
Which directories do you submit to?
The ones that matter in your country and your sector rather than a bulk list of hundreds. A short list of authoritative, correct citations is worth more than volume, and you receive the full list of what was submitted.
We have three branches. Do we order three?
Yes. Each location needs its own profile, its own categories and its own citations, so each is a separate unit.
What happens after the setup?
A profile left alone stagnates. Ongoing posts, review responses and Q&A curation are covered by Local SEO Management, billed monthly per location, which is optional.
